What we store
Your email and name (for your account), the receipt photos you upload, and your purchase data: product, store, date, price, and return/warranty deadlines. Nothing else.
What we use it for
One thing only: reminding you before your deadlines expire. When you scan a receipt, the photo is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) that extracts the purchase data; the photo and data are stored in your account and only you can see them. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Services we rely on
Keepvo runs on Google Firebase (authentication, storage and database), Anthropic (receipt data extraction), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Mixpanel (anonymous usage metrics) and Sentry (error reporting). Each receives only the minimum required for its function.
Deleting your account
From Settings → Delete account, inside the app. Your user, purchases and photos are deleted permanently and immediately.
